Statement on Ensuring Impartiality

All executives and employees of PCA Co., Ltd. involved in testing activities understand the importance of impartiality in carrying out the activities of an internationally accredited testing laboratory.

To prevent conflicts of interest, ensure the objectivity and independence of our testing activities, and enhance confidence in our services, we hereby commit ourselves to making every effort to uphold the following principles:

  • 1.We conduct all testing activities impartially and in accordance with recognized test methods, and top management shall ensure that impartiality is maintained.
  • 2.We accept responsibility for the impartiality of our testing activities and shall not permit any commercial, financial, or other undue pressure that could compromise impartiality.
  • 3.We identify all potential conflicts of interest that may arise throughout the testing process and establish a management system to control such conflicts, thereby safeguarding the integrity of our testing activities.
  • 4.As a matter of principle, we do not undertake testing activities connected with any specific organization that provides customers with technical consulting services related to the testing concerned.
